ANCIENT WISDOM (SWEDEN)

Previously known simply as ANCIENT,  the Umeå based Black Metal band became ANCIENT WISDOM in 1993. ANCIENT WISDOM's mentor Marcus 'Vargher' Norman also fronts BEWITCHED. Both Norman and bass guitarist Fredrik Jacobsson (a.k.a. Beretorn) were previously with THRONE OF AHAZ. For live work the band added NOCTURNAL RITES drummer Ulf Andersson. Guitarist Andreas Nilsson and Jens Rydén also play in NAGLFAR.

THROUGH RIVERS OF ETERNAL BLACKNESS 1994 DEMO

Released under ANCIENT WISDOM. This tape had a professionally printed b/w cover yet the tape itself had no printed label. Was released in quite a limited amount so maybe 80-100 sold if I remember correct. Came with a lyric sheet - Marcus
